A single glass globe on a metal fitting, offered at 11.75 inches across or 7.75 inches. The globe is the most neutral of the pendant shapes, since a sphere has no front or back and reads identically from every approach. Four metal finishes are available: Burnished Brass, Polished Nickel, Black Gunmetal and Heritage Bronze Brass.

The glass style changes this fixture more than the metal does. Clear Glass leaves the interior visible and passes a bright, unsoftened light; Organic Glass is irregular through its thickness, so it distorts what is seen through it and scatters light unevenly. With a clear globe the fitting inside becomes part of what is on display, which is precisely why the metal finish matters more on this pendant than it would on an opaque one.

The 7.75-inch globe suits a hallway, a stairwell, or a row above a counter; the 11.75-inch can work alone over a table or in an entry where one fixture has to hold the whole space. Globes are usually hung lower than shaded pendants, since there is no glare cone to stay clear of.
