These Terms of Service govern your use of kavora.store and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

This website is operated by Kavora, located at 526 Arbor Ct, Simi Valley, CA 93065, United States.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order with us.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Kavora is a retailer. We curate and sell furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art and home accessories manufactured by third parties. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. We work to describe products accurately and to display colors faithfully, but screens vary and dimensions supplied by manufacturers may vary slightly.

PRICING

All prices are shown in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Where a comparison or regular price is displayed, it reflects the manufacturer's suggested retail price or a price previously offered by us. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will contact you before doing so.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional pricing, discount codes and sale events apply only for the period stated and only to the products indicated. Any advertised end date is the date the promotion ends.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or a suspected fraudulent transaction. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery expectations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment information is collected over an encrypted connection and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing commercial purpose, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW
