A linear chandelier: a long horizontal bar of LED rather than a cluster or a single hanging shade, in Grey or White and in two profiles, A and B. Four size options are offered — 30 × 150 cm, 40 × 150 cm, 50 × 150 cm and 60 × 150 cm — so the fixture can be matched to the table it will hang above.

A linear fixture solves a problem that round pendants have over a long table. One central pendant lights the middle and leaves both ends dim, while a bar of light runs the length of the surface and reaches every seat equally. The LED element is continuous rather than a row of separate lamps, so there are no gaps or scalloped dark patches along the table beneath it. Grey and White change how far the fixture reads against the ceiling above.

It belongs over a long dining table, a kitchen island, or a long desk — anywhere the lit surface is much longer than it is wide. Over a round or square table a linear fixture will not align with the shape below it.

Zenith Glow lifestyle 1

The Long Table Problem

One central pendant lights the middle of a long table and leaves both ends dim. A bar of light runs the length of the surface instead and reaches every seat equally, which is the specific problem a linear fixture exists to solve.

Zenith Glow lifestyle 2

Continuous, Not A Row

The LED element runs continuously rather than as a row of separate lamps, so there are no gaps and no scalloped dark patches along the table beneath it. A row of individual fittings always shows where one stops and the next begins.

Zenith Glow lifestyle 3

Matched To The Surface

Four sizes are offered at 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm deep, all 150 cm long, so the fixture can be matched to the table it will hang above. Grey and White change how far it reads against the ceiling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose linear over a pendant?

Because a single pendant lights the middle of a long table and leaves the ends dim. A bar runs the length of the surface, so every seat gets the same light rather than the two nearest the center.

Are there dark gaps along the table?

No. The LED element is continuous rather than a row of separate lamps, so nothing scallops into light and dark patches the way a line of individual fittings tends to do below.

What sizes are available?

Four, all 150 cm long, at 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm deep. The length is constant, so the choice is about how much visual weight the fixture carries above the table.

Will it suit a round table?

Not well. A linear fixture will not align with a round or square surface below it, and the mismatch shows. It wants a lit area much longer than it is wide.

Grey or White?

The difference is how far the fixture reads against the ceiling above it. White sits closer to a pale ceiling and recedes; Grey separates from it and holds its own line more distinctly.
