Made For Everyday Living
Built to last

A ceiling light built as a ring — 50 cm across and 6 cm deep — with crystal set into the halo and the frame finished in Black, Gold or White. At 6 cm deep it sits close against the ceiling rather than hanging from it, which is what makes it usable in rooms without the height for a pendant.

A ring puts light around an empty center rather than at a single point, spreading the source over a far larger area and softening the shadows underneath it. The crystal along the halo refracts part of that light outward, throwing it onto the ceiling around the fixture as well as down into the room, and a lit ceiling makes a low room read as taller than it is. The color temperature setting decides whether the crystal reads warm or bright.

It suits a bedroom, a hallway or a living room with a low ceiling, where a hanging fixture would simply be in the way. Gold warms the crystal, Black outlines the ring against a white ceiling, and White lets the fixture read as crystal alone.

Crystal Halo LED Ceiling Light lifestyle 1

Built For Low Ceilings

At 6 cm deep the fixture sits close against the ceiling rather than hanging from it, which is what makes it usable in rooms without the height for a pendant. The ring measures 50 cm across, so it covers area without needing depth.

Light Around An Empty Center

A ring puts light around an empty center rather than at a single point, spreading the source over a far larger area and softening the shadows underneath it. That is a different quality of light from a flush disc of the same diameter.

A Lit Ceiling Reads Taller

Crystal along the halo refracts part of the output outward, throwing it onto the ceiling around the fixture as well as down into the room. A lit ceiling makes a low room read as taller than it actually is.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit a low ceiling?

That is what it is designed for. At 6 cm deep it sits flush against the ceiling rather than hanging from it, so nothing projects into a room that has no height to spare.

Why a ring rather than a disc?

A ring puts light around an empty center, spreading the source over a much larger area than a point would. Shadows underneath it are softer as a direct result of that spread.

What does the crystal do?

It refracts part of the light outward onto the ceiling around the fixture as well as down into the room. Lighting the ceiling is what makes a low room read as taller than it is.

Which frame color should I choose?

Gold warms the crystal. Black outlines the ring as a shape against a white ceiling. White lets the fixture read as crystal alone, with the frame effectively disappearing into the plaster.

Does the temperature setting matter?

It decides whether the crystal reads warm or bright, which is a larger difference here than on a plain fixture. Cold white sharpens the refraction; warm white softens the whole halo.
