Half Circle Entry Door Mat – Cobblestone Mosaic Pattern, 2 Sizes

Half round rather than rectangular, with a cobblestone mosaic worked across the face: irregular stone shapes in graduated greys, closer to a paved path than to a printed graphic. The mosaic is woven into the polyester rather than printed onto it, so the design does not peel or wear away at the high points first while the rest stays intact.

The half-circle shape solves a specific problem. At a rounded step, or a doorway with a curved threshold, a rectangular mat either overhangs the edge or leaves gaps at the corners. Here the straight edge sits flush against the door and the curve follows the step. The non-slip backing runs across the full underside rather than only around the perimeter, which is what keeps a mat from curling at the corners over time.

Two sizes, 45 x 75 cm and 60 x 90 cm, cover most single and double door widths. Polyester keeps it softer underfoot than a coir or rubber mat, so it works inside a kitchen or laundry doorway as readily as outside a front door.
