These Terms of Service govern your use of kavora.store and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Kavora ("Kavora", "we", "us", "our"), located at 526 Arbor Ct, Simi Valley, CA 93065, United States. Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order with us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

Kavora is a retailer. We curate and sell furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, and home accessories manufactured by third parties. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

We work to describe our products accurately and to display colors and finishes faithfully. Screens vary, so we cannot guarantee that a color on your display exactly matches the physical product. Dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly. Product availability and specifications may change without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Where a comparison or "regular" price is displayed, it reflects the manufacturer's suggested retail price or a price previously offered by us. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. In the rare case a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Promotions

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and sale events apply only for the period stated and only to the products indicated. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so. We reserve the right to end a promotion early, and any advertised end date is the date the promotion ends.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery expectations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide at checkout. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 7 days.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment information is collected over an encrypted connection and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms, in our Refund Policy, or as required by law, this site and the products sold through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any manufacturer warranty that accompanies a product is provided by that manufacturer, not by Kavora. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under California consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kavora and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

21. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Kavora regarding your use of this site.
