Swivel Pouf Ottoman – Boucle, Linen or Velvet on Walnut or Oak

A pouf that swivels, which is unusual, since most poufs are a solid upholstered mass with nothing moving inside them. Four options: Flax Linen, Ebony Velvet or Oat Boucle on Walnut, and Oat Boucle again on White Oak.

Because a pouf has no back, the swivel changes what it can do rather than how it feels to sit on. It can be turned toward a different chair, or spun so the same face is not always presented to the room. All the load runs through the central mechanism into the wood base, and unlike a chair there is no back to counterbalance someone perching on the edge, so the base has to be wide enough to stay put on its own.

Use it as a footrest that can be redirected without lifting, or as an extra seat that turns toward whoever is talking. It suits a room where the seating faces more than one way.
