Teak Outdoor Coffee Table – Solid Wood, Patio & Deck Table

A teak coffee table, solid wood, sized to sit low in front of outdoor seating. There is no second material and no applied finish. What the table looks like in five years is entirely a function of what teak does on its own outdoors.

What teak does is silver. Sun breaks down the surface layer of the wood and it moves from honey brown toward a pale grey over a couple of seasons, evenly if the whole table is exposed and unevenly if part of it sits in shade. Underneath that surface the wood is unchanged, and the natural oils that keep water out of the grain are still doing their job. Sanding brings the original color back if it is wanted.

It goes in front of an outdoor sofa or between facing chairs. Solid teak is heavy enough to stay put in wind but light enough that two people can reposition it.
