Round Glass Tray – Silk Screen Printed, 19, 24.5 or 36.5 Inch

Three sizes span a wide range here: 19 inches for a side table, 24.5 for a coffee table, and 36.5, which is large enough to cover most of an ottoman and act as its working surface. A round tray behaves differently from a rectangular one on a square table, softening the corner geometry instead of repeating it.

The face is silk-screen printed, so the design sits on top of the glass as a bonded layer rather than underneath it. On a circular piece the screen has to bring its pattern all the way to a curved edge, which is a harder registration than a straight one, and it is why the border treatment on a round printed tray tells you most of what you need to know about the quality of the printing. The glass beneath is inert and wipes clean.
