Ripple LED Ceiling Light – Acrylic Flush Mount, Warm or Cool White

A flush-mounted ceiling light with a rippled acrylic face, in 41 cm, 50 cm or 60 cm, and in warm white or cold white. The ripple is molded into the acrylic as a series of concentric waves, so the surface carries real relief rather than being a flat disc. Flush mounting means it sits against the ceiling with no drop at all.

The ripple is doing optical work rather than decorative work. A flat acrylic diffuser lit from behind shows the position of the emitters as bright patches; a rippled surface refracts light sideways as it leaves, which blends those patches into an even field. It also gives the fixture something to look at when it is switched off — a flat white disc on a ceiling is featureless, while a rippled one catches daylight across its relief.

Choose the diameter against the room: 41 cm for a hallway, a bathroom or a small bedroom, 60 cm for a living room or a large bedroom. Being flush, it suits low ceilings and rooms where a door or a fan sweeps close to the ceiling line.
