Made For Everyday Living
Built to last

Seven sizes, and they do not all do the same job. Two are runners, 3' x 9' and 3' x 12', alongside a small 6' x 9' and room sizes running up to 12' x 15'. That range means one colorway, Cream or Olive, can carry a hallway, a bedroom and a main living room without changing design between them.

Wool pile on a cotton foundation, knotted by hand. The cotton foundation is what makes a range this wide practical: it is dimensionally stable enough that a three-foot runner and a fifteen-foot room rug hold the same proportions in their pattern rather than one appearing stretched against the other. Wool takes the wear on top, and because every tuft is knotted rather than fixed to a backing, a runner from this design wears at the same rate as the large pieces.

Cream is the lighter of the two colorways, Olive the muted green. Running a single colorway through a hallway and on into the rooms it connects is the usual reason to buy across this many sizes at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I choose?

Aim for a rug that sits under the front legs of your seating at minimum, and fully under a dining table with the chairs pulled out. Measure the seating zone rather than the whole room and the rug will look intentional instead of undersized.

How do I care for it?

Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills straight away with a clean cloth, and rotate it twice a year so wear stays even. Nothing fussy is needed to keep the rug looking new.

Will it shed at first?

A little loose fiber in the first few weeks is normal and settles quickly with regular vacuuming. After that the rug stays clean and stable underfoot.

Do I need a rug pad?

A pad is the single best upgrade you can add. It stops slipping, adds cushion, and protects the backing of the rug so it lasts longer on hard floors.

Is it soft enough for a living room?

Yes. The pile is comfortable to sit on and warm underfoot, while staying low enough that doors clear it and furniture sits level.
