Modern Linear Wall Light – Black, White or Gold, Three Lengths

A linear wall light in three lengths — 16, 24 and 35 cm — all of them 6 cm square in section, in Black, White or Gold. The constant 6 × 6 cm profile across all three means they can be mixed along one wall at different lengths without the depths disagreeing with each other. Two light temperatures are offered: warm white at 2700–3500K and cold white at 5500–7000K.

Those Kelvin figures are the most useful specification on the fixture. 2700–3500K is the range of domestic warm light, close to an incandescent bulb, and it flatters plaster, wood and skin. 5500–7000K is daylight-to-cool territory, which renders color accurately and reads as functional rather than restful. That choice decides whether the fitting belongs in a bedroom or a bathroom far more than its finish does.

It mounts on a wall in a hallway, beside a mirror, up a stairwell, or above a headboard. Three lengths let a run of them be scaled to the wall rather than repeating one size along its length.
